Camp Fowler Festif - Orefield, PA
Now in its 5th year, Festif is a family fun event that combines cycling, trail running, entertainment, food, and fun. Rides range from family friendly distances to a quad burning 44 miles. All riders will have cue sheets and routes well marked. There will be rider support on each route and both the 20 and 44 mile route each have a well stocked rest stop. NEW for 2016: 5k and 10k Fox and Hound runs! Chase our "fox" around Camp Fowler during these trail runs. The 5k is both family and walker friendly and prizes will be given to anyone who is able to follow the foxes clues and catch them before the finish. Cycling or running isn't for you? LBBC Youth Rally - Christianity In Song - Independence, MO
This is our 3rd ANNUAL YOUTH RALLY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED. The Youth Rally is open to all ages. It is once again an overnight event. We need adult volunteers to cook and supervise the cabins. Campers 8 and under are welcome with a parent on site. Lessons begin at 7 pm Friday night. We will be looking at Christianity through the lenses of our favorite campfire songs. Come prepared to do some serious singing. Dinner WILL NOT be served. EAT BEFORE YOU COME ON FRIDAY NIGHT. Snacks will be provided after campfire. Breakfast will be at 8 AM with the first lesson beginning at 9 AM. Lunch will be served at noon. The last activity will be done at 2 PM. Everyone needs to leave by 3 PM.
