Inspired by Pfacs upcoming exhibit, Game On! Learn about art in sports throughout the ages! We will begin by making clay vases like ancient Greek Olympic urns, then we will dive into archery painting, and finish by designing and creating our very own gold medals! Campers should bring lunch, drinks and two snacks (due to allergies, please make sure all food is peanut free) PFACs camps are led by one teaching artist per 12-15 students with assistance from Camp Counselors. Camp Catapult Thursday - Newtons Attic
Siege Alert! Look out, its time for ying tennis balls, eggs and bags of Jell-O as this camp offers participants the opportunity to design and build a table top size catapult or trebuchet. Students start with a kit of wood, steel, aluminum and plastic parts and create their catapult. When students nish theirinventions, they eld test them in a fun and exciting activity. This is a single, full day version of Camp Catapult. It should be registered for once during Spring Break unless the student would like to make a second, different catapult on Tuesday. Other single day classes include Rube Goldberg Machines (9 and older) and Da Vinci Kids (6 to 9). 859-368-7334
