The Cal State Fullerton Womens soccer team along with the Fullerton Futbol Academy is excited to announce the return our youth soccer camp held on campus here at Cal State Fullerton. This will be a fun filled week of soccer development where every camper will learn the necessary skills to excel in the sport. The camps will provide campers the opportunity to train with the Fullerton coaching staff as well as Cal State Fullerton college soccer players from the mens and womens programs This camp is meant for competitive or recreational players between the ages of 5-12. Each day of a camp a new concept will be introduced and trained with every session ending with a soccer game or competition. The camp will be offered in half day from 9am-12pm or full day from 9am-3pm (Lunch Provided). Camp dates: June 27th - July 1st July 25th - 29th Cost: Half Day $150 Full Day $220 ***Each camper must bring their own soccer ball, shin guards, water bottle, sunscreen and SMILE…. Former Cleveland Indian, Arizona Diamondbacks Matt Langwell will be conducting a youth age (6 to13) camp working on the fundamentals of pitching on Saturday Nov 19th 9am to 11am. Players will learn proper mechanics , and strategies to being a successful youth league players. cost per player $50 per player On Sunday November 20th Matt will conduct an advanced level clinic for High School age pitchers detailing to them regarding what it takes to pitch at the next level. Time 9:30 to 12pm Topics to be covered Off season preparation and conditioning for the upcoming season In season routine and preparation Game day routines Mental game and strategies to winning Pick off moves Managing the running game and Pitching effectively Question and answers session Cost per player $25.00

Birdie Bombers (Ages 5-9) - Whitetail Ridge Golf Club
Do your children love to: play games, run around, jump obstacles, roll down hills, make friends, and have FUN? Do you think they would love to do all that, while they learn how to GOLF?! The answer is, undeniably, YES! Birdie Bombers Program will introduce FUN golf related exercises and activities to our existing golf instruction! We will spend roughly 30 minutes on basic instruction, along side 30 minutes of FUN activities and exercises! All of our youth baseball, basketball, football, tennis, and swimming camps have been implementing FUN activities to build strength, speed, endurance, and hand eye coordination. Years of research has taught us how important Fitness and Nutrition is to the golf swing. The balance learned from walking across a balance beam relates directly to the balance required for a great golf swing. The speed and weight transfer involved with swinging a golf club can be improved by throwing a ball as far as they can. Simply rolling down a hill will teach them body control and rotation which is directly related to the golf swing.
