Our Power Moves camp is designed to teach players how to become more productive offensive players in the paint and the most effective player on the court when driving to the basket. My daughter and her BFF had what they called a "super awesome fun time" at the camp this past summer. This summer they volunteered for kitchen duty. CLINIC SCHEDULE: Saturday, February 20th Morning Session: 10:00AM- 12:30PM Lunch Break: 12:30PM-1:30PM Afternoon Session: 1:30PM- 4:30PM Sunday, February 21st Morning Session: 9:00AM- 12:00PM College Prep • This group is intended for girls ages 15-18 years old. Younger athletes will not be allowed to participate. • Players will be grouped based on skill level and experience so that they can be challenged at an appropriate level. Our middle school program focuses on the essentials of rowing in the stable training barge and then both sculling (rowing with two oars each) and sweep rowing (rowing with one oar each). The athletes row in the training barge, coxed quads, eight-person boats, and they learn valuable skills such as teamwork, fitness conditioning, and safety on the water. Members of the Cincinnati Football Staff will lead each Position along with local high school coaches focusing on skill development in both Offensive and Defensive Positions. Wear general workout gear to camp. Helmets are not worn in this camp. General athletic shoes or football cleats work well on field turf. These camps are for those 5-8 in Fall ‘16. 5135565986.0
Mt. Hood Session 2 - 14 & Older - Mt. Hood Academy House
Your daughter must be a 14 & older ski racer to participate in this camp. Session 2 at Keelys Ski Camp is seven days, three days on snow, one day off and then 3 days on. Summer is an opportune time to develop and improve technique, for this reason we emphasize drills each day of skiing. The first day focuses on free skiing and drills. Day 2 & 3 are more drills and gate training. Day 4 is OFF and we offer fun activities either in Hood River, rafting the Deschutes River, or a trip to Portland. Day 5,6 & 7 include more gate training, free skiing and drills. Day 7 is also the travel day. At Keelys Ski Camp many of the all female coaching staff are recently retired from the U. S. Ski Team or are still racing at the highest levels (Olympic, World Cup, Noram, NCAA and FIS). Each day on the hill the coaches offer world-class visuals by training with and coaching the girls. 406-581-4991
