The Nipperts purchased Greenacres Farm in 1949 and wanted to preserve the land for the education and enjoyment of future generations. Children in Kindergarten-5th grade will learn pet ownership responsibilities, positive interaction, basic training techniques, and how to safely interact with puppies and dogs known to them and rules for animals unknown to them. Cost is $20 per camper each session. The K9 Kid's Camp will last 6 weeks and each camper will receive a certificate of completion and will earn Boot Camp points during training for other awards.
