Join local DMV native and star Miami Dolphins linebacker Jelani Jenkins for the ultimate kids football camp this summer. The camp will be hosted by Jenkins and ten NFL Players from around the league. The non-padded, light contact camp aims to improve youth football IQ through position-specific techniques, fundamentals and skills development. The two-day camp is for 5th grade through rising ninth grade boys and girls, and promotes healthy activity, exercise and teamwork. Know any kids who would love to attend? This will be our 3rd consecutive December hosting a Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp! Come out to support an awesome charity, have fun and get your sweat on... that is unless you hate kids! ;) All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are 1 hour and begin at 8am & 9:30am. Max 20 people per group so be sure to sign up in advance! $20/person (you can pay at the door or in advance). The $20 donation will cover the cost of a NEW coat, gloves and hat for 1 child. TO REGISTER: 1) We have a sign up sheet at the gym. 2) Email us at [email protected] and let us know which time you would like to attend. Coat-A-Kid provides new coats, hats and gloves, free of charge, to kids in need in the St. Louis area. They are 100% volunteer run, so 100% of the proceeds go to coating children!
