Summer Cooking Camp - Macon, GA
June 27-30 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm each day. Registration Ends on June 22nd. Students will be taught the Healthy Hands Cooking program. Our classes will focus on healthy recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additional content will include kitchen safety skills, nutrition games, fun fitness activities, and more. Students will leave with the skills needed to work confidentially in the kitchen. This program is held for 3 hours a day over 4 days. Cost is $150 and includes a cookbook/workbook. Campers ages 15 to 18 try out different sports and learn teamwork and gain independence in diabetes care. The campers stay at Rotary’s Camp Florida, in Brandon and bus to different venues each day. Activities are under the direction of various college coaches or certified instructors and include martial arts, volleyball, soccer, water skiing, golf, basketball, tennis, and softball. Planned night activities include roller skating, bowling, and a night at Tropicana Stadium watching the Devil Rays.

After Camp Care for KidSport the week of 7/18 - 7/22 Parents/guardians come into school to sign out and pick up camper. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. The USF June Residential Training Camp for field players offered at USF is designed to improve players both on and off the field. The program for ages 9-12 will run separately from the program for ages 13-18. Theme: Fairy Tale Adventures Silly characters take to the stage! Through improvisation, special guest artist workshops, art projects, theatre games and rehearsals, campers will learn the basics of acting.
