Rogue Robots: LEGO Robotics Camp - San Angelo, TX
Robots aren’t just inventions in a galaxy far, far away— they exist here on Earth, at your local library! Join us this Winter Break for a Star Wars-themed robotics camp. Each day we’ll watch a clip from the movies, and build a LEGO robot inspired by the film. The library will be hosting two four-day camps—attending all four days is not mandatory, but each class will build upon the previous classes. No prior experience in LEGO robotics necessary, but seating is limited so RSVP is required. This is a Teen Republic program, open only to patrons in grades 6-12. Free of charge. We will meet from 3-4:30pm in the Community Room.

WEEK 6 (July 11-15): Our Town - Junior Achievement Academy week To reserve space in each of our Summer Day Camp sessions, a deposit of $25 is required per session. The deposit is included within the weekly program fee. Full payment for each week are due TWO full weeks before your camper attends the session of camp. SAA Cheer Stars - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
Dance, tumble & cheer your way into the school year! This is an introduction to basics class developed to strengthen skills for aspiring cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts. Each class will cover tumbling skills, build proper jump shapes, and strengthen core & leg muscles. Students will be introduced to turning and leaping, and mini trampoline fundamentals. Cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, and handsprings are all basics to which dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts aspire. Dance basics will be introduced as girls learn to turn and leap with proper technique. Participation awards will be given to everyone on our show off day May 18th, the last 30 minutes of class. 3D Art Exploration - Villa Academy
Come join Molly Bocian to the messy world of 3D art! The students will be exploring paper mache and clay techniques over the course of the week. Ceramics techniques will be taught each day, and large paper mache sculptures will be crafted throughout the week, painted and ready to take home on the last day of camp.
