Teen Theatre Camp 2016 - Independence, MO
Baby Crow Teen Theatre Camp is a 5 day advanced theatre camp taught by members of NYC theatre company, Baby Crow Productions. The camp runs from July 5th-July 9th from 10am-5pm at 113 W. Lexington on the Independence Square. Tuition is $150 for the whole week. Campers will work with professional teaching artists to develop skills. This summer we offer specialty classes in areas such as, vocal performance, acting, musical theatre, dance, audition technique, and much more! Each class is taught by NYC working professionals and teaching artists from Baby Crow Productions. In addition to a traditional approach to training, our camp will provide campers with the experience of creating their own original work. At the end of the week, campers will have the ability to showcase what they have worked on at a performance for their invited guests. PTHC Kid's Camp-Volunteers Urgently Needed! - Philadelphia, PA
On June 4th, 5th, and 6th, the Philadelphia Convention Center will be host to the annual Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference, the country's largest gathering of transgendered individuals, families, allies, and caregivers. Part of the festivities is the Kid's Camp, where we endeavor to provide safe, affirming, and awesomely fun activities to the children attending the camp. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are low on volunteers on Friday afternoon and evening and all day Saturday. If you are available any portion of the day Friday from noon to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and can supply a valid child abuse clearance (within the last 2 years), please message me. I volunteered at the Kid's Camp of PTHC last year, and it was a truly amazing experience! I hope you'll consider joining us! Please also consider sharing this message!

Instruction provided by: Mix Majors Founder, Eric Jao Description: Kids love music. They sing. They dance. They bang on pots and pans to create rhythms. Kids are natural born music makers. Mix Majors Kid Creator program teaches kids how to make the music they actually listen to. Kids collaborate with each other and their instructor to create their own songs in a fully functioning music studio. Kids participate in all aspects of Music Production, from programming beats, to composing and playing melodies, to writing lyrics and recording vocals. Music Production is audio engineering driven by musical imagination. The Kid Creator program brings kids musical ideas to life while challenging both sides of the brain and exemplifying principles of STEAM (i.e. Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts, and Math).
