Victory Park Camp Group A 1st week Jun 13 - Jun 17 - City of Pasadena
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Join one of Pasadenas most popular summer camps! Victory Parks Camp has earned its longstanding reputation as a high-quality, fun, affordable, enriching program. Each day begins with a morning pep rally that sets the stage for an action-packed day. Activities include outdoor play, dance, arts and crafts, including painting, sculpting, lanyard making and chalk drawings, fitness activities and enrichment. Enrichment classes include health, hygiene and first aid instruction, cooking classes, computer and robotics play and specialized sports instruction in tennis and golf. Campers spend at least two hours daily doing physical fitness in the form of choreographed dance, group games, fitness competitions, team sports and supervised free play. Campers are escorted across the park to Pasadena High School?s swimming pool for recreational swim two times per week. Camp counselors go into the water with the campers and well-trained, certified lifeguards are always present. Before entering the pool, campers receive a water safety lesson. ELITE LAX CAMP - JUNE 1 - 4 2015 REGISTER EARLY : All registrations received by February 28th will automatically be enterred into a drawing for a Hopkins Helmet. The winner will be announced at camp. The prize will be awarded the first day of camp. High School Session: TBD daily. High School session will be run as collegiate practice sessions with intense, position specific instruction. Participants must be in grades 9 to 12 as of the 2015-2016 school year. Middle School Session: TBD daily. M.S. session is for participants 6th to 8th grade as of the 2015 - 2016 school year. Senior Morning Camp - Lewis & Clark College
Senior camp is centered on small group instruction in technique, nutrition, and training for specific events. Our coaches go beyond the basics and fundamentals, instructing campers based on their age, experience, and goals. Our coaches are well-versed in the best coaching and training methods and are excited to share that knowledge with our campers. Events include pole vault, shot put, discus, sprints, long jump, high jump, javelin and distance running. Athletes will receive three full days of comprehensive training, technique and drills.
