I supposed if you're going to a summer camp it should be in a beautiful setting. Camp Togowoods doesn't disappoint! My daughter and her BFF had what they called a "super awesome fun time" at the camp this past summer. This summer they volunteered for kitchen duty. Your West Circle Drive Hy-Vee is offering a series of cooking classes designed to teach teens (age 12-17) essential cooking skills! Each class will feature a different theme. Teens will be able to eat their creations at the end of the class. July 28th: Italian cooking: pastas and sauces Classes will be taught in our DISH classroom by the in-store dietitian and one of our talented chefs. Fees: $25 per class, due on date of registration. Annual Youth Retreat (CAMP) 40th Anniversary Celebrations - Holmes, NY
JESUS AT THE CENTER will be the theme for our gathering where we will celebrate 40 years of a vision that was provided by God to many of our sisters and brothers. We will meet up at camp to celebrate the past, plan for the future as old friends get reacquainted, leaders return to the place where they received or affirmed their call of service, and we give honor and glory to the One who has given us life abundantly. Period 4 - Beginning Boys Basketball - NBJH Large Gym 335
Learn the basic skills, such as proper shooting form, passing, ball handling, v-cuts, pivoting, and defensive positioning. Students will participate in drills, shooting games, and scrimmages to help develop these skills. On Fridays, they will participate in a round robin tournament. 8475043400 x2520
Week 2 3 Full Days Westport Summer All Sports Camp - Greens Farms Elementary School
For Boys and Girls ages 4-12. We are very excited about our location for the Summer!! This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, physical education activities such as tag games, pinball, battleship, virtual space tag, north south, gold rush, capture the football, and various cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers bring a (peanut butter free) snack and lunch and water bottle, and our half day campers bring a peanut butter free snack and water bottle. Children are divided by age into small groups and will participate in developmentally appropriate activities for their groups. Generally the groups contain children of no more than a year apart and we do our best to maintain an 8:1 ratio of campers to coaches and sometimes even 6:1 for our youngest groups.
