Pathfinders - Bluff Lake Nature Center
Pathfinders will engage their adventurous spirits as they learn outdoor skills and exciting ways to thrive in nature. Campers will immerse themselves in the natural world as they discover shelter building, map-making, plant identification and animal tracking. Daily storytelling and hiking will be sure to keep everyone active and engaged. With their own survival kit in hand, every camper will be eager to share their new knowledge of and appreciation for the outdoors. All campers will learn from science experts, play learning games, make projects, meet new friends, cool off in Sand Creek and have supervised exploration time. Fall-Summer Track Season - Luther Burbank High School
M P Striders practices begin on February 1, 2016. Practices are on Monday, Tuesday and T Thursday. We will be conditioning during this month. On the last Thursday of February, we have our Annual Jog-A-Thon to help athletes raise funds for their personal participation. 3rd and 4th Grade Summer Basketball Camp - Kittery Community Center
This camp is aimed at the basketball player who may have some basketball experience but wishes to learn more. The clinic staff will introduce the aspiring player to fundamental basketball skills as well as some of the finer points for the game in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The clinic will include demonstrations, contests, guest speakers, and much more. This camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., at the Kittery Community Center. More than 45,000 youth basketball players have developed essential basketball fundamentals including: ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, individual moves, footwork, and team concepts. High school and college courts across the country are home to graduates of a Chicago Bulls Basketball Summer Camp. We work on every part of your child?s game. On the final day all participants will receive an evaluation form and graduation certificate. Student to instructor ratio will be 10:1 or less.
