WPI Recreation Camp is designed for the camper who wants a day filled with a lot of fun, structured activities and a chance to meet new friends. Campers will participate in a variety of sports, games, arts & crafts, swimming and special events. Activities are led by experienced staff and held in the fabulous WPI Sports & Recreation Center. A great week exploring the life of Daniel and his friends, and how they sought Gods wisdom and strength and were able to "StAND" for His glory! Campers will enjoy the full array of camp activities both old and new, playing games, learning new things and being encouraged to trust and follow Jesus. Campers sign up for three achievement classes for the week and also have many choices of free time activities. Little League Camp Week 2 - Sunken Diamond
The Stanford Baseball School (Part ONE), along with the Stanford Games Camp (Part TWO), are designed to be taken simultaneously by those that enjoy and have a passion for the game. Participants will first be grouped by age, ability, and prior experiences. During the morning instructional session throughout each week, participants will be coached in several baseball skills, fundamentals, and team concepts. Members of the camp will receive instruction in a variety of areas including hitting, infield play, outfield play, pitching, catching, rundowns, double plays and base running. Finally, everyday campers will hit in our hitting facility. In the Games Camp (Part TWO) players are grouped by age and ability and teams are formed. Teams play against one another in a coach pitched game where the goal is to see that ball put into play.
