July All Skills Camp - Commuter - Kirwin/Blanding Complex
This three-day comprehensive camp focuses on challenging each camper to take their game to the next level. Campers will be divided by skill and work with the coaches to enhance their knowledge of the game and improve their skill set. Serving, passing, attacking, defense, blocking, setting, team transition and team competition will be taught throughout the camp. This camp is designed for those entering the 6-12th grades. Space is limited so register early. Deposit is due at the time of online registration with the remaining balance due on or before the first day of camp. Additional check-in information will be attached to your confirmation email after registering online. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations. Camp will be held at the Seaton Center, Memorial Coliseum, Joe Craft Center and additional UK facilities. Camper Sampler - DC6 - Balboa Campus
Try it all! Climb the treehouse, have a dance party, or learn how to tie knots. Dabble in your favorite camp pastimes, including art, outdoor skills, and teambuilding. Make friends and enjoy singing, playing and working on badges together. End the week with a day-time campfire and cookout. Campers entering grades 4-6 will also participate in archery. Pre-K Summer Fun Camp - Session III (Ages 4-5) Full morning of interaction for social, cognitive, and physical growth in a fun, nurturing environment. Arts and crafts, games, local field trips, special events, and presenters! Registration is for full two-week session. All children must be potty trained to attend camp. All About Me: Self Portraiture 3-5 (Monday) - Janney Elementary School
Students will learn how to create images of themselves while making self-portraits. They will practice close observation with mirrors as well as correct use of proportion, shading, and tone. Projects include realistic self-portraits in which students will attempt to achieve likeness and ab- stract portraits inspired by modern artists.
