CBA Winter Youth Camp - Goose Creek, SC
The Charleston Baseball Academy Winter Youth Camp will be held Saturday, December 3 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Charleston Baseball Academy at Dennis Park. ages 8u-14U This camp will be instructed by the CBA Staff which includes former college coach Jason Murray, Stan Kowalski, Sean Leyland, Donavan Campbell, Scott Sandman along with special guest James Reeves, LHP with the New York Yankees Organization. Other coaches will also be present. The Winter Youth Camp will give the players a chance to learn from the top coaches and players in the game of baseball today. Our focus is on the fundamentals and how to prepare and learn to practice correctly to become a better player. Parents and youth coaches are welcome to attend for FREE! 2016 Pre-Teen Summer Camp – Register March 9-11 - Scott Air Force Base
Youth, ages 9-13, are invited to register for the YP Pre-Teen Summer Camp which is held weekdays during the summer months from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This camp offers half day care with extracurricular activities for youth. Field trips will be conducted once a week to places like Sky Zone, City Museum, Raging Rivers Water Parks, The Fusion, laser tag, as well as excursions to base activities. (Field trips/activities such as bowling are an additional cost.) Fee: $100/child per week, plus the cost of excursions. Youth Programs membership is required. Annual Program membership is $48/child. Camp begins at 6:30 a.m., and ends at 12:30 p.m. when open recreation at the Youth Center starts. Youth are required to bring their own meals, however the snack bar is open periodically. Limited slots are available, sign-up early! Registration will coincide with School Age Program Summer Camp registration days, March 9-11 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more details, call Youth Programs at 256-5139.

This camp provides teens with seizures the opportunity to focus on what they CAN do through the support and encouragement of caring peers and camp staff. Activities include zip line, rock climbing, horseback riding, arts and crafts and more. 303-377-9774

Participants in this course will learn the "basics" of child care. Topics will include engaging in age-appropriate activities, safety and security, handling emergency situations and how to manage those hard-earned dollars! Basic child care skills will include diapering, feeding and maintaining a safe environment. Students will learn how to properly administer CPR in a life-threatening emergency, such as choking. This overnight camp is for ages 7-13 and runs Sunday night through Friday at 4:30 p.m. It is a summer favorite featuring outdoor activities, hiking, camping and cooking outdoors. This camp experience is a 3 week block meant to give high school students that have completed their freshman and sophomore year an opportunity to lead at camp. They will have the opportunity to work with the camp staff, as well as be part of the summer camp program in helping to lead in several different capacities. Alongside program leadership, grounds/dining hall service, and cabin assistance, LITs will have the chance to grow in faith as well, with specific bible studies geared towards their lives. 662-234-3350
