Each themed week will help campers explore their creativity and spark imaginations! Led by experienced Montgomery County Public School art teachers, children will enjoy an assortment of artistic adventures. Morning session -Campers will explore creative ways to design and make garments. Join us for the Effingham Winter Camp! Follow the link above to register or see your youth leader. Cost is $15 each and can be given to your youth leader. That will cover meals, snacks, and activities. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, and one roll of duck tape. We will be creating a cardboard city. Any needed medication can be given to the "camp nurse" who will hold and adminster. Parents, please send written directions. We will be collecting NEW socks for people in need. For every pair of new socks, your name will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card to the Tanger Outlet mall! Start collecting socks for women, men, or children! Sunflowers are a joyful symbol of summer. These North American native Asters can light up both a field and face. In this camp we will dive into what makes these instantly recognizable flowers so amazing, and unlock some secrets they may hold in their heads. Through careful observation and sunny inspiration we will complete several sunflower themed projects using mixed media. Date: Thursday, July 21st and Friday, July 22nd 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Ages: 8 - 12 Instructors: Kuen Spichiger, Santino Lauricella, Beth Sanders Fee: $70.00/student 717-692-3699
Gateway Elite Volleyball Camp - Gateway Elite Volleyball Camp
Gateway Elite Camp is a college exposure camp for high school players. It is targeted to those players hoping to pursue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. As such, the camp staff will be comprised solely of current and former collegiate coaches. This camp will focus on high-level training, strategy and technique. It will not provide instruction on basic skills. A letter of recommendation from your coach is not required, but players are encouraged to consult their coaches to determine if this camp is appropriate. This camp is open to players entering 9th through freshman year in college and runs from 9am - 4pm the first two days and 9am - noon the third day. 314-394-1110

An intensive immersion into acting process. Participants will be introduced to Meisner, Method and Other Acting Techniques while developing their skill through monologue and scene work.
