Final Destination Youth Camp 2016 - Placerville, CA
Do you already know where to go this summer? Well we invite you to join us at ( Sacramento SDA youth) a Final Destination Christian Camp! Spend 4 days with friends, participate in fun contests, evenings by the fire, grow spiritually, and of course maybe meet your other half! This camping will be on a separate territory, away from civilization (just forest and bears around). We will be living in cabins (up to 10 people in one). Also on the camp grounds we will have nice showers, bathrooms, sauna, lake, zipline, volleyball court, and much more! Скоро лето! А значит………… время для летних кемпингов! Всех вас приглашаем на христианский адвентистский лагерь Final Destination. St. Catherine's Koinonia 3 (SCK3) - Panora, IA
Mark your calendars! It's not-quite-but-almost that time of year again! St. Catherine of Siena will be having its third annual Koinonia retreat at the end of February next year (2016). What's Koinonia? It's a Greek word that means 'community'. This student-led retreat helps students grow in their friendship with the community as well as their relationship with God. More details will come soon, but for a general idea of what's going on, here's a bare-bones schedule: -Friday, Feb. 26: we leave St. Kate's and carpool to the St. Thomas More Retreat Center in Panora, IA in the late afternoon and stay for two nights and what turns out to be two days which we spend in prayer and fellowship with one another -Sunday, Feb. 28: we leave Panora in the late morning/early afternoon and return to DSM Applications will be available in the near future. The cost for the retreat is $25 (financial aid is available to those who need it) and more details will come as we get closer to February. And feel free to invite your friends! You don't have to be Catholic to come!

Survivor Camp (Ages: 5-12) - Savoy Recreation Center
We will split the campers into "tribes" similar to the popular TV reality series. Survivor campers will get the chance to compete in "survival games" and enjoy the outdoors in this fun-filled camp! Be sure to wear clothes you can get dirty. We will also teach some basic first aid and camping skills. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Registration Deadline: June 13 LOCATION SRC: Activity Room
Aquatics Camp - Nursery - Avenues New York
Over the course of 4 days, the nursery students will learn essential swimming skills through fun and games. There will be a high focus on having fun, enjoying being in the water, learning to swim and water safety. Requirements: Must be in the Nursery group (3y – 4y). Grades 3-6 (Day Camp) Check-in will be Monday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the Bernice Hansen Athletic Center (it will not begin before 8:00 AM). Please look for postings to help make this time easier and more convenient for all. Parents, we will register your child as quickly as possible so that you are able to get to work on time. Each day we will have fundamental and team practice in the morning. League play will begin at approximately 2:00PM and generally will end around 3:30PM at which time you may leave for home. (*Note: These times may change depending on the number of campers in attendance). More information about game times will be posted in the arena on the first day of camp after the teams have been selected. This middle school volleyball camp focuses on individual player development and teamwork. attention is given to technique, skill and confidence so each camper improves as a volleyball player and develops a love for the game. All skill levels welcome! Sarah brings an extensive background in indoor and beach volleyball. As a junior in college she played for the Cals Indoor Volleyball team as an outside hitter and defensive specialist. Entering her senior year at UC Berkeley, Cole plans to finish her degree in integrative biology and continue her volleyball career as a current member of the Cals Womens Beach Volleyball Team. She is a AAA rated sand volleyball player and has coached for Presentation High School, City Beach Volleyball Club, Cal Summer Camps, and Piedmont Middle School. Participants should wear appropriate clothing, gym shoes, and knee pads; please bring a snack and water. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This camp is intended for students entering 6th - 8th grades.
