The Owls Baseball Camp Staff is happy to announce a weekly Player Development camp this Spring. This camp will be ran exclusively by Assistant Coach Trey Fowler and is open to any high school age player looking to improve his game in a variety of areas. Focus will be given each week to developing essential parts of the players game including but not limited to arm strength & speed development, speed enhancement, positional improvement, and offensive production. Each session will be 2 hours in length and will encompass a combination of the above mentioned areas with the sole purpose of Player Development. Sessions will take place on Monday nights from 6:00-8:00 and will include the following dates Feb 29th, March 7th, March 14th, March 21st, April 4th, April 18th, April 25th and May 2nd The cost to attend each session is 50.00. If you would like to secure a spot in all 8 sessions you can do so by signing up through this site. My twin sons and my daughter won’t go to any other baseball camp besides this one. Washington Nationals Baseball Camp is for children ages 5 to 13. This camp provides Major League experience to kids who are passionate about learning and playing baseball. Each child receives a look alike national league uniform. My kids didn’t take their uniform off for days! They are already planning to go again next year.... Read More...

The sun is shining, the buds are blooming, and NY parks need to be cleaned! Come to the LAST teen event for this school year for NY Cares Spring Day. We'll meet at 8AM in Manhattan and then travel to a park to help get them ready for spring with thousands of other people around the City. Last year we planted a garden on top of the Staten Island Ferry Building. Did I mention that you get a free t-shirt and this is your LAST chance to recieve community service with us for the school year?. Exact location to come, but let us know if you want to spend the night in Manhattan. This event is for ages 14+

The Moose is a classic northeast creek. Big drops with multiple options for cool new lines. Intermediate and advanced boaters are welcome! Boat demos will be available from Mountainman Outdoor Supply Company, and paddles will be available for demo from Werner Paddles. Friday: Evening: Arrive at Fowlersville put-in and set up camp. Drinks and food around a campfire Saturday: Morning first timers run. Creeking clinics will be available. Potentially detour to another local run Sunset lap BBQ Sunday: Creeking clinics will be available. Investigate ideas, and discover creative ways of thinking through unique experiences with art. Through a variety of fun activities in and around The Derryfield School, Creative Campers will become more confident in their ability to observe, analyze, and problem-solve. Emphasizing the power of imagination and innovation, campers will be encouraged to create their own works of art using a variety of media and materials. Sessions will include a special tour at the Currier Museum of Art, observing and exploring nature through art around campus, and projects in the art studio. (603) 721-1327

A week of science! The children will be using microscopes with simple slides of interesting items. Well examine leaves, food items, clothing items, and even hair. Join Blue Compass Camps for an exploration of the Beautiful Olympic Peninsula this Spring Break. We will hike, explorer history, visit the beach and the mountains. This trip will be as varied as the Olympics itself. We will spent time exploring coastal towns, majestic beaches and stepping into the rain forest around the Hoh River. As is the case with all Blue Compass Camps outdoor adventures: 1.) Our Goals, beyond having ridiculous amounts of fun with newly made friends, are to help develop social and self confidence while providing an exciting, challenging and unforgettable adventure experience. 2.) Our Staff support teens through compassionate strength-based perspectives, believing every adolescent has many gifts and unique qualities to offer.
