LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Middle School - Week 3 - Orlando Campus
General Camp Information: Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration Fee: $220 Includes: Five full days of camp, a field trip, activities, materials, daily snacks, and a camp T-shirt. Campers are required to bring a bag lunch each day. Where and When: Our Summer Camp will be held at our Orlando facility in our Education Center room. Campers will be able to enter through the Education Center door which is located to the left of the Business Office and Clinic entrances. Camp staff will be greeting campers between 8:30 and 9:00a.m. Please be prompt! On field trip days, we may be leaving as little as 15 minutes after camp begins. Campers must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian each day. Camp Activities: The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlandos Summer Camp is designed for kids who love animals. Campers will experience hands on activities with shelter pets, gain knowledge from educational speakers, and enjoy animal-related arts & crafts, enrichment projects, games, and much more. Each weeks session also includes a field trip, providing campers with an additional fun and educational experience outside of the shelter environment. Spring-The "Write" Stuff 2, Kindergarten - Wichita Collegiate School
Is your child struggling to learn how to print? Are they reluctant to complete written work? Whether your child is struggling or not, learning to print is a very complex skill. This class will provide all of the foundational skills necessary to be able to learn to print effectively and efficiently all while having FUN! Kristen Freed, Licensed Occupational Therapist will assess your students use of a writing tool and then provide a multitude of activities to improve their grasp, general stability, tactile discrimination, visual-motor coordination, and visual-perception skills for more successful writing tool use. 316-771-2289

Students will create a school newspaper that may include sections such as jokes/riddles, short stories, poems, other types of creative writing, student led staff interviews, school news/events, illustrations, etc. The end result will be a published newspaper that the students will administer to the student body and staff. 609-298-6900
