Endless Summer 80's Beach Boot Camp Bash - Ocean City, MD
Come one come all.. the season is almost over and it is time for the locals to have a friendly competition. There will be 4 events to compete in. Teams consist of 4- 6 people and must be even numbered between male and female participants. The biggest attraction will be an inflatable obstacle course set up on the beach! The second event is a tray carry competition on the beach- try not to spill! The third event is our rendition of ski-ball- each person will have 9 mallets to try to score the most points. The final event is a flip-pong competition...2 of our favorite activities mixed into one flip cup and beer pong. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams. There will also be prizes awarded to the best dressed 80's team. Jagermeister and Natty Boh will be sponsoring the event. Mug & Mallet will have happy hour prices all day to keep everyone fed and hydrated!!! The cost is $75.00 dollars a team and proceeds will go to the Ocean City Downtown Association. This is the first year trying this event and we are really looking forward to making it a huge success!

The second annual Kid's Safety Boot Camp will be held on May 20th from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. This years camp is for students completing grades five through 7. Registration is limited to 25 students. Parents or caregivers can register their children by calling 575-377-3347 or in person at the main station on North Angel Fire Road. "Don't be Scared! Be Prepared!"

Cosmos Time Traveler - Goleta Presbyterian Church
Join us as we travel in time across the Milky Way and observe the amazing Universe. With twenty great astronomy projects, this is the camp that your child will be talking about for a long time! Explore Earth-Moon-Sun relationships, stars, planets and galaxies, asteroids and the impact one particular asteroid had on the Earth millions of years ago. Model our solar system, build a sun dial, experiment with screaming balloon rockets, use solar glasses, make and use a star finder, construct a telescope, build and launch an airburst rocket, and design a UV bracelet. 805-570-1988

Technique Swim Academy is a summer swim camp at Harvard University for children who are interested in swimming at the club, high school or collegiate level, as well as those interested in the sport for recreation. Supervised by Harvard Head Coaches Stephanie Morawski and Kevin Tyrrell and Northeastern Head Coach Roy Coates, Technique Swim Academys roster of experienced instructors teach campers proper swim technique and help them achieve their personal best through concentrated swimming instruction. Each day, we focus on one competitive stroke and reinforce technique through demonstrations, practice drills and daily videotape sessions. Through improvisation, special guest artist workshops, art projects, theatre games and rehearsals, campers will learn the basics of acting. Along the way they will discover new ways of collaborating with peers and the joy of performing. Past workshops have included stage make-up, choreography, singing, yoga, and swordplay!
