Engineering Fun is an excellent hands on activity based STEM curriculum. Students learn basic concepts about Energy, Light, Motion and more. This class does not use games to engage kids in engineering/science concepts. Students learn thinking and reasoning skills needed for success. Engineering Fun engages children to apply what they know about science and math through hands on activities are based on real-world technologies and problems, they help children see how disciplines like math and science are relevant to their life. Activities include building a Tress Bridge; a hydraulic elevator, a hope glider and a catapult to name a few. 202-724-8950

Lake Ann Teen Camp 2016 - Washington, MI
For incoming 6th-completing 12th Grade. Get a head start and get all your registration info in. It is going to be an amazing week!. For more info, including financial help, contact the camp at (231) 275-7329. Get your early bird registration in before March 15th. Summer will be here before you know it. Parents once you have registered with the camp please give Stoney a call to get your teen on the bus. Remember there is an addition charge for the charter bus and the extra night we stay of $75. Call the church at (586) 781-2266 for more info about that.
Creative Kids Drop-In Winter Culinary Camp
Our 3rd day of camp, the students will prepare some fun and festive appitizers perfect for New Year's Eve! They will get to take home a selction to share with family and friends while ringing in the new year. Kid-friendly favorites such as pigs in a blanket, meatballs, cheese straws, and homemade ranch dip for veggies. Parents are welcome to stay or drop off. Learning areas: history, social studies, science, math, kitchen safety. Limit: 10 students Suggested ages: 6+ (younger are welcome with adult helper present) Warning: not an allergy-free event! Nuts will be present as well as wheat. Cost: $15 per child, per class.

Camp Indian Summer - Irvine, KY
On the weekend of October 14-16 it's officially ADULT SWIM at the Cathedral Domain. Camp Indian Summer is an opportunity for grown-up kids of all ages to leave their worries and responsibilties at the foot of the mountain and spend a few days being a kid again. Explore the streams, caves and forest trails on the 800 acre Cathedral Domain property located in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Relax on our decks and porches, beside the swimming pool, or around the campfire. Refresh your spirit with yoga classes, guided meditation, and creative worship.
