Shadow, Rod, Hand, Finger, Bunraku, Sock, Marionette: there are so many types of puppets and now you can learn about them! Over the course of 1 week, campers will each build, manipulate and perform with their own puppets. Puppet Palooza is a unique blend of art, acting, mime, and ensemble: a one-of-a-kind experience for every level of experience. We will travel to see volcanic tuff and learn how it was formed by a two volcanic eruptions more than a million years ago. We will go to the Valles Caldera to see the source of the eruption and participate in a service project there on a long day trip.
