LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Summer BLAST! - 3 weeks - Oakwood
For children entering 2nd-6th grade: SUMMER BLAST! at Oakwood is an afternoon program designed to engage children in enriching, entertaining, and educational activities, and runs from 1:30–4:30 pm. Children may enroll in Summer BLAST! even if theyre not enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program. If a child is enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program, he/she will have a supervised lunchtime from 12:45–1:30 pm each day, and will need to bring a lunch. During the first session of the afternoon the children will be divided by age into two groups and will rotate between the two classes offered that week. During the second session students choose between Sports Club, Book Club, or Tennis Club. Students may enroll in one, two or all three weeks. The classes during the first session change each week. Veteran's Day Teen Service Project - Seattle, WA
Put your school holiday days to work! Join us on Veteran’s Day, November 11, for a service day in the local Seattle community. Pack a lunch, snacks and water to stay energized for our project. Friday morning will be spent at Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetland. We will be helping to restore the wetland habitat by removing invasive weeds, spreading mulch, and planting native trees and shrubs! $15 fee to participate includes staff supervision and transportation to service projects.

Each campus ministry of the LA Church will be represented. Martin Chairez will be our main speaker of the night, as we give an incredible vision of staying focused in this harvest season. "Tons-O-Fun" Extended Care, Grades 1-10, Week 1 - Recreation
A great option for parents who work, TONS-O-FUN Camp offers a fun and safe Extended Day program from 7:30-8:30AM and 3:30-5:00PM for an additional fee. Extended Day includes supervised and partially structured activities, including arts and crafts, games and sports.One fee gives participants access to both morning and afternoon extended care. Parents can flex use of the program daily based on their needs. Come early, stay late or do both. It?s up to you! Participants must be registered in advance by the week to participate. Please note that there will be a minimum number of campers required for each session to run extended camp hours. It is highly recommended that parents pack an extra snack and drink for children who participate in the Extended Day program. All arrival and dismissal policies apply to the Extended Care program.
