The HST Summer Youth Camp will run for 4 days from 9 AM – 12 PM. The camp focus is on baseball instruction and drills to improve the skill. The camp will begin with an introduction of the fundamentals of baseball. Each day will begin with throwing and catching drills. The session will be followed by position training. Each player will learn about each position on the field. Each day there will also be a specialty skill learned. These skills will be base running, sliding, and bunting. Each day ends with games. This brand new class will use French songs and musical games to develop listening, memory and diction skills. Students will love exploring different styles of music and playing different instruments, allowing them to develop a sense of rhythm, musical interpretation and improvisation and enhancing self-confidence. Art camp at All Things Art Studio is the best way to experience total immersion in a summer art program! Its fun, and kids get a chance to delve into their creative selves without crazy time restraints. There will be landscape drawing and painting, and still life exploration. Its a great week for kids, they meet and make new art friends and enjoy the warm summer weather.
