SummerART Camp Full Day Studio Art Program 9:30am to 5pm Studio Art with Painting Studio Elective Session III: July 25 to August 5 Studio Art Camp Farm to Easel: Animals of the Northeast Celebrate the wonder of summer by exploring the animals and plants that live, blossom, and grow all around us. This session will explore our regions animals and plant life. From the farms to the forest, and birdhouses to beaches, we will be inspired by the colors, shapes, and sound of the flora and fauna that are local to our area. Weather permitting, campers will explore nature on MAMs grounds and at Van Vleck House and Gardens. We will create works of two and three dimensional art in a variety of media inspired by our observations and imaginations! Camp curriculum is designed for new players with basic lacrosse skills that seek to improve technique and develop their LAX IQ. Participation in one or both of the Winter Holiday Clinics is highly recommended, but not required. Kids will be instructed by veteran US Lacrosse Coach Tom Welsh, a certified level III instructor. Equipment will be available on a first come first serve basis. Please wear sneakers only and bring a water bottle and a light snack. An in-depth manuscript Bible study of Abrahams life in the book of Genesis. Picks up where Genesis leaves off. This track is designed for seniors who are graduating in May, and as such, is a shortened week of camp. Exact schedule is determined around participants graduation dates, but typically runs Mon-Friday. The teacher for the week will email everyone signed up after consulting your campus staff regarding the best time for seniors from each school to attend. Prerequisites: none. 609-947-9312
