E. Acting Boot Camp - The Summer Theatre Camp of Montclair
An intensive immersion into acting process. Participants will be introduced to Meisner, Method and Other Acting Techniques while developing their skill through monologue and scene work. Little Skipper, Age 5-7, Session 02 - LMSS - A
Pre-Pram is designed to get young sailors aged 5-7 comfortable understanding rigging and sailing basics, while gaining confidence on the water, and developing relationships with other young sailors of similar skill and experience. Parent attendance is required, or one can send a suitable guardian for their child. Personal Finance 101 Workshop June 27-July 1 - Summit School
Personal Finance 101 - Camp/Workshop Leader: Gardner Barrier Dates: June 27 - July 1 Rising grades: 6 - 9 In this camp your child will work through fun and engaging conversations and games that will start their journey into financial literacy. We will play games that introduce financial topics, we will explore spreadsheet functionality as we design and evaluate plans, and we will learn some basic lessons about how money works. This "camp" will feel at times like a summer seminar, at times like game play, and at times like group analysis. We will be thinking hard, having meaningful conversations, and having a good time. Participants will finish up the week feeling like blinders have been taken off. They will see the world differently. And theyll have fun, too! All students need to bring is a curiosity about how money works, a willingness to think about things differently, and a desire to learn as much as possible. We will not be leaving campus. Fine Motor Readiness - Old Trail School
For Campers who need support developing fine motor skills. Fun and creative multi-sensory and motor activities that include yoga, crafts, and the program "Handwriting Without Tears." These will improve Campers independence with using writing utensils for pre-writing skills; self help skills such as buttons, zippers and snaps; and eye-hand coordination skills like cutting or catching a ball.
