The Elite Spring Clinic is for the serious athlete who has aspirations to play at the college level. The sessions will focus on individual skill development, team tactics and team play. Campers will receive high level instruction at every skill or game station from a coach who understands what it takes to play at the college level. June 20-23rd. Monday thru Thursday 1-2 pm Must pre register by Sunday, June 19 to garauntee hip scarfs. Belly dancing for girls. Ages 6-14. $60 Includes belly dancing hip scarf. Amazing abdominal work out, plus a cardio exercise all while dancing, giggling, and having fun. Wear dance clothing or workout tights and a t-shirt.

Gymnastics Kinder Camp is a fun filled week of gymnastics obstacles on all events, dance, relays and outside activities. All campers will receive a daily snack, tee shirt and a certificate upon completion of camp. Waterfalls & Wading - July 24 - Camp Pisgah
Come explore the treasured rivers and waterfalls of western North Carolina! In this session, practice boating on our lake, slide down a natural rock cascade, spend the afternoon tubing along a lazy river, hike through DuPont State Park and explore the waterfalls where the Hunger Games movie was filmed. You and your group will still have plenty of time for campfires and smores as well. Due to the nature of this program, girls must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water non-stop for two minutes in order to participate. 336-274-8491

For rising 3rd-5th grade students Dont come unraveled by summer boredom! Learn a new hobby at knitting camp! All students will learn the basics of knitting: how to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, and make I-cord. There will be three different projects each week. Other fun activities may include dying yarn with Kool-Aid and a basic weaving project. You may register for just the first week, or both!
