Kid's Yoga Camps - Pittsford, NY
Owner of Flower City Yoga and Art Therapist, Nora Doebrich will be hosting 3 very special Yoga Camps, this Summer. Activities will include; fun movment/yoga games, arts and crafts intended to calm the mind, anatomy education to build body awareness, yoga poses to promote self-esteem, group directives to create a sense of community and excerises to increase relaxation. We also have Mary Stachowski of Food, Fun and Friends who will be joining us for the Thursday of each week. Together we will be cooking a healthy snack for us to enjoy. 7/11- 7/15 Ages 5-7 7/25-7/29 Ages 8-10 8/8-8/12 Ages 11-13 Camps will run Monday- Friday 1pm-3pm. Cost of Camp is $120 and $100 for additional sibling.

Trout start to bite as nighttime weather cools, salmon season opens in the rivers, and crabs are still legal to catch and are growing to size. Whether you’re an experienced angler or new to fishing, come join us for an exciting week of fishing at the very best spots in Western Washington! Learn the basics of rod/reel and fly fishing with our seasoned instructors and try your luck at various sites such as the Puyallup River watershed, North Cascades mountain lakes, and the Salish Sea. Target fish include trout, salmon, steelhead, bass, surf perch, flounder, sole, dogfish shark, dungeness crab, and many more. In the heat of the day when the fishing slows we’ll be learning what it means to be an honorable harvester. Girls Drumming - Foluke Cultural Arts Center, Inc.
This 18 week class explores the elements of musical techniques within African drumming including understanding poly-rhythms, composition, melody, harmony, tones, pitches, bases, improvisations and arrangements. This class introduces the role of music in the African Culture. Mariners (WAITLIST) M-F ($465 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only register for this session if you cannot select the dates on the Mariners M-F session you wish to have your child attend. Formerly Beginner Sailing. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. This class is taught in Rhodes 19s, Capri 14s, and Optimists. Mariners is designed to give the sailor a strong fundamental base of sailing skills such as rigging, tacking, gybing, sail trim, hiking, and some advanced boat handling. The overall goal is to make the sailor comfortable on the water in varying conditions, while eventually becoming proficient sailing alone in the Opti. Inside the Mariners class, we typically divide into three color groups: Forest Green (Novice), Lime Green (Intermediate Mariner), and Army Green(Advanced Mariner). Little Aquanauts (Week 5 AM) - Mission Splish Splash - NESS
Enlist in the splish splash mission to get a taste of kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and surfing practice safely in the harbor. Venture into the tidal splash zones to see what types of animals thrive in this harsh environment and use magnifying glasses to get closer looks of the adaptations these animals use for survival. 860-535-9362
