Campers are guided in all the traditional day camp fun by our experienced staff. Activities include creative arts and crafts, drama, storytelling, music, games, gym and cooking. Frequent field trips range from area parks, movies and bowling, to the zoo, water slides and more. Swimming instruction at the Evanston YWCA is provided twice a week. Youngest children must be 3 years old and fully potty trained by June 1, 2016. 847-866-6055

At Camp La Junta, every boy is important at every moment. They cater to building up each boy’s self confidence in order to take some pressure off of them. They don’t have girls because they feel there is social pressure, they don’t have team sports because they feel that there is pressure to be more athletic, and they don’t grade any performance because that simply adds to the pressure, too. The sun is shining, the buds are blooming, and NY parks need to be cleaned! Come to the LAST teen event for this school year for NY Cares Spring Day. We'll meet at 8AM in Manhattan and then travel to a park to help get them ready for spring with thousands of other people around the City. Last year we planted a garden on top of the Staten Island Ferry Building. Did I mention that you get a free t-shirt and this is your LAST chance to recieve community service with us for the school year?. Exact location to come, but let us know if you want to spend the night in Manhattan. This event is for ages 14+

Dates: November 21 & 22 Time: 9:45-3:00pm both days Ages: females 8th grade and below (fastpitch only) Cost: $40 per player Pre-Registration due by Friday, November 13, 2015 Mail release form and payment (checks payable to PFHS Softball Booster Club) to: Coach Tara Blackwell Pine Forest High School 2500 Longleaf Dr. Pensacola, Fl 32526 OR attend the pre-registration at the PF softball complex on Fri, November 6 @ 5pm. ***Athletes that are registered early will receive a free camp t-shirt. Box lunches, unlimited water and shirts for pre- registered athletes will be provided. There will be extra camp shirts for sale for $15. Proceeds will benefit the Pine Forest Softball Program. Wed-RUE - KEYBOARDING (Beginner & Intermediate Typing Lessons) - HoLa Middle School - Rue Building
KEYBOARDING (Beginner & Intermediate Typing Lessons): Grades – 5th – 7th – 3:00-3:45 – Marta Pizarro – ($120), 12 students Beginner students will learn the home row keys, top row keys, and bottom row keys. Intermediate students will learn capitalization, basic punctuation, and numbers. This course will help students with memorization of the keyboard while enhancing speed, accuracy and efficiency. It will also help students be prepared for the state-mandated PARCC Assessments. Students will learn through fun and interactive typing games. (201) 427-1458

The Young Scientists Camp was created in response to requests by parents to have a science camp for their younger children. All Young Scientist activities meet or exceed the National Science Standards. Fun and excitement is fostered by great lessons and hands-on experiments. This program is designed to meet the needs of children in grades 1-3. The Young Scientist Camp covers a broad range of fun and exciting science topics such as: Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Lab Process Skills. 678-294-9504

This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Explore the world of visual arts and different mediums - painting, drawing, sculpturing, mask making, printmaking, and clay-while learning about different artists. Participate in designing and creating a clay tile mural that will be displayed at Beck Center. Students also have the opportunity to create individual clay projects. This camp is intensive in nature and divided into two classes per day. Participants should wear clothing that can get dirty during the creation of art. Supplies provided. 3 Weeks; Mon - Fri; 9:30 am - 12 pm; Tuition: $335; Bring a snack. A Campers Art Exhibition will take place on the final day of camp, July 1 at 11:30 am.
