I also wanted to be close to the camp, and because we live in Philly, it was just an hour away. In August, the University Club of Saint Paul invites their club's younger demographic on a very popular camping trip to Stout's Island Lodge. With their sleeping bags, tents, fishing poles, and bug spray, the kids and their chaperones head off for a three-day camping trip on the private rustic island... an excellent way to wrap up the summer! Kid's Culinary Day Camp at LeTourneau Christian Center - Rushville, NY
Kid's Culinary Day Camp at LeTourneau is a wonderful opportunity for kids ages five to thirteen to experience the culinary arts in an exciting and safe Christian environment. Kids Culinary Day Camp includes all of the following exciting aspects of the culinary arts: an introduction to the culinary arts, food safety, cooking, food tastings, crafts and games. We also offer a Bible Study time to explore how God uses "food" to teach us eternal truths. Kids ages five to eight will meet Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 11:30 am. While kids ages nine to thirteen will meet from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. All participants will receive a free chef's hat and specially designed t-shirt. If your child would like to participate in this new and exciting event, please call or email our office for a registration packet. Are you crazy about Disney? Then come join us for this fun-filled Disney themed camp. Students will work on their singing and dancing skills by creating a musical revue composed of their favorite Disney songs from Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Toy Story, and more! Camp will end in a showcase on the final day to be performed for family and friends. 817-421-2825

Campers will overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all - their mind! With a little ingenuity, children will create catapults and forts, construct working light sticks to take home, and assemble a set of circuits with batteries and light bulbs. A JBRC Camp Staff must be a mature Christian, pleasant toward campers, counselors, and fellow workers. Must be willing to work hard and go the extra mile and must have a servants heart! Ten-Week Staff will begin on May 17, 2015 unless you are applying for a wrangler position. Our Horse Program Director will contact wranglers about when they will arrive. All Ten-Week Staff will be remaining at camp until July 24, 2015 as of January 8, 2015. This could possibly change to July 31 if we book an additional group. 225-634-7225
