This program is for Tournament Players in Champs, Super Champs or higher. We teach mechanics, strategy, tactics, fitness and mental toughness. Our coaches develop strengths, identify and improve weaknesses while focusing on individual needs. The theme for our camp is “Withholding Nothing” where we will focus on encouraging young people to present their lives as a living sacrifice unto God (Romans 12:1). The preachers who will be ministering at our camp are brother Amado Huizar (SoCal Youth President, UPCI) and Pastor Javier Orozco (Rios de Agua Viva Rialto, UPCI). In addition to worship and the preaching of God's word, there will be breakout sessions to strengthen our young people”s relationship with God and guide them to finding their calling in ministry. VOLLEY STARS CAMP | Ages 5-8 years old. Volley Stars Camp focuses on motor skills, movement skills, ball skills and basic volleyball skills for the youngest players. Campers learn with a lighter ball and a camp t-shirt is included. All Volley Stars Camps are for 3 days only. Monday through Wednesday | 3 Day Camp Only | Hours: 9am - 12pm | Camp Price: $95 per session | Weeks 1 thru 10 POSITION CAMP | Ages 13-15 and 16-18 years old. This camp allows players to choose training in the skills of one or two specific positions. Players may choose to train in the skills for position of Setter, Outside Hitter, Middle Blocker or Libero/Defensive Specialist. Players may choose either time slot. Teen Stage Ensemble (TSE) is an audition-based program designed to strengthen skills in the performing arts. Students will meet twice a week to gain a broad education in auditioning, scene work, dance, musical theatre, and overall performance. In this interdisciplinary class, students will look at and analyze the work of Edgar Degas. Students will experiment with similar postures, movements and phrases in relation to Degas work. This is a great opportunity for students to re-interpret the artwork through movement. No dance experience required. Students should wear comfortable clothing and socks. Calling all campers who are curious, full of questions, and eager to investigate the world around us! Campers will use scientific tools to go on expeditions in and around our Museum to study and observe what lives here. Campers will become budding young scientist as they study everything from the clouds above the trees to the insects that help to clean the world around us. 919-707-9889

Community Boating Center of New Bedford is a great place to send your children to have a safe fun and positive time. Community Boating Center of New Bedfords mission is to "Teach positive life values to youth through boating." This summer we are working even more in incorporate US Sailings REACH program into our summer programs. The REACH program works to teach children science, technology, engineering and math in fun and innovative ways. It helps kids learn STEM subjects while engaging in fun land and water based activities. Our programs also follow the philosophy of safety, fun and learning in that order. This summer Community Boating has Chosen to assign students to their classes. We believe assigning students will allow us the best flexibility to get more children involved in our programs as well as it will allow our instructors their best opportunity to mentor and teach children. 5089926219.0
