Hotspot Summer Camp - Miami, FL
Camp is June 8-August 3 2015 at Hotspot and starts 9am to 4pm with activities . We do have early drop off as well as late pick up. Three days are at the studio dancing all styles of dance and fitness and then 2 days we go on fieldtrips. They vary from water parks to skating rinks and more. Rip City Basketball Camp Sess. I & 2 - NHTI, Concords Community College
Campers wishing to sign up for Sessions I & II can do so with this registration process. Session I: Day session from 8:30 am-3:30 pm Session II: Night session from 4 pm-8 pm (only 4 nights--no Friday night camp Boys and girls in grades 4-11 Every camper will take a short break between the end of the Day Session (3:30) and the start of the night session (4:00 PM) to rehydrate, have some snacks and get refreshed before transitioning to the night session. Campers coming for the whole day should bring snacks/lunch/drinks...bring a ball or purchase a camp ball from our camp store....come ready to play. Session I (days) is different from the night session. Session I offers a traditional style camp with regular teams and games. Lil Sluggers N Kiddie Kickers Camp - Ackerman Sports and Fitness Center
Time for some t-ball and kickball! This camp will combine these two, fun common sports. Kids will learn the similarities of these sports, how both are properly played and learn the basic fundamentals of both. Running the bases, throwing, catching and fielding skills that are similar to both sports will be taught. Boys and girls will also learn the fundamentals that are unique to t-ball and kickball like hitting off of the tee and kicking the ball. Games will be played each day with an emphasis on teamwork and good sportsmanship. Each participant should bring a water bottle. SportsKids Inc. staff will teach the camp. Art 2 - Street Art - Artists Exchange
What will your artsified city look like? Urban installation artists can create just about anything from huge steel sculptures in parks, 40 foot long mosaics in subways, giant murals on sky high buildings, Using inspiration from city life, campers will paint, sculpt and erect a city from the pavement to the sky. Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475
