Acting Camp/Acting UP ( Grades 3 - 5)Plainsboro is thrilled to offer this popular camp for the eighth year! Through theater games, acting exercises, monologues, improvisation, scene work, and theatrical movie time, students will expand their theater knowledge, build confidence, express themselves, and learn to work well with an ensemble. A presentation of the students hard work will be performed for astonished family and friends on the final day of each camp. The Junior High School/High School camp is designed for the boy or girl volleyball player, ages 12-18, who is preparing for the upcoming season. The camp offers the opportunity to explore new techniques for learning the fundamental volleyball skills. The mornings and afternoons will emphasize individual and team skills and how to incorporate them into overall team play. The evenings will be primarily six-on-six team play through various games and tournaments. With great instruction and good competition, the camper should depart camp with a newfound confidence in his or her game.
