Lacrosse: the fastest growing team sport in America. This camp is designed for girls and boys. Non-contact lacrosse, also know as "Soft Lacrosse" is played. Individual skills are taught: catching, throwing, scooping and cradling. Campers will be divided by age and skill level. Sports Unlimited provides all the equipment. and focuses on fun, skill development, team play, safety and sportsmanship. Campers should bring sunscreen, water and a snack. Rain make ups will take place on Fridays. Our students of all ages will learn songs that take us on a journey through the jungle with Mogli and Baloo and the classic characters. This camp will integrate classic and contemporary scenes, songs, dances both from from the movie and beyond into our own version of The Jungle Book! In visual arts, they will explore sets, costumes, and prop elements this engaging tale of growing up and friendship! Camp will end in an informal presentation to showcase the fun had camp!
