CAMP DETAILS Animals Week Love animals? Then this camp is for you! We will play lots of fun drama games in which students will act out and tame their favorite animals. Students will sing songs, act out animal themed poems and stories as well as create art projects. Its a jungle in there! Children spending the full day with us should bring a sack lunch for our lunch break at the park Dragons, Monsters and Creepy Creatures We will incorporate our theme of dragons, monsters and creepy creatures into many of our fun drama games. We will read and act out stories and poems that star our creepy creature friends as well as create art projects, improvise scenes, sing songs and much more! 773-944-9146

Its all about color and imagination this session, which will explore artwork by famous Modern and Post Modern masters like Henri Matisse, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso. These artists experimented with depicting the world using fantastic colors, and a bold and expressive style of brushwork. We will experience color in a whole new way while working in fine art materials, found objects, collage, printmaking, and more! Campers will be inspired to create their own wild and wonderful masterpieces. Our aim is for the campers to experience Gods love in Jesus Christ and have the opportunity to hear His call upon their lives. Various elements go into Christian Camping including the community that comes together in the Camp, the natural setting, games and recreation, Bible study, worship, prayer, and fellowship. Girls Field Hockey - Brookwood School
Fall 2016 will be here before we know it and Field Hockey Tune-Up gives the foundation to be ready for the season. Skill development, fitness training, and teamwork are hallmarks of this established program. Basic skills, stick handling, rules, and field positions are taught through drills and game play. Rigorous conditioning, "eating to play," and strategies for rest and recovery are all part of the program; athletes learn to prepare not just for a single season, but for a life of physical activity. Coach Mike Wellington teaches physical education at Brookwood School. He serves as a U.S.A. Field Hockey Level II Certified Northeast Region coach and coaches U16 Premier Field Hockey for Seacoast United. As the Assistant Athletic Director and a beloved varsity field hockey coach for over twenty years, he has helped players from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade Eight find their physical strengths and talents. The Princeton Field Hockey coaching staff has designed the Elite Camp for the athlete and the team who have aspirations to take their game to the next level. We encourage you to make this your high school team camp. In the months leading up to the camp, the Princeton coaching staff will work with your HS coach to ensure we are working toward your team goals for the upcoming season. We will address tactical areas, individual skill development and team direction. For the camper coming to camp as an individual, we will place you on a team with other athletes of a similar experience level. Individual skill will be developed during the morning sessions, while afternoon and evening sessions will be devoted to team tactics and team building. Sessions will be held on Bedford Field, the world class water-astroturf home of the 2012 National Champion Princeton Tigers, as well as the field turfs at 1952 Stadium and Plummer Field at Roberts Stadium. Athletes will have the opportunity to be coached by a mix of Division I college coaches and top collegiate players. You will receive high level instruction at EVERY skill or small game station.
