Legends All Sport Experience Camp - Summit On The Park
Fee $145M/$150R/$160NR M-F 9am-2pm Camp will offer a variety of sport experiences over the span of a week. In addition to fundamental skills, this camp will include agility training, sport specific training, rules and strategy. Basketball, baseball, flag football, floor hockey and more will be covered. The camp fee includes t-shirt and instruction. Participants should bring a sack lunch and water bottle. Get your green on as you explore how STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) is a part of everything around us. This program will give participants an integrated exposure to the various STEM fields and how they can be applied within an environmental context. Explorations will include the chemistry of recycling, creating power from worms, and energy transfer. SharpeSkills Fitness Camp is designed for youth of all athletic levels who are looking for a challenge. The program pushes kids past their usual limitations and helps them reach their highest fitness goals. The camp focuses on long distance running, parachute sprinting, hand and eye coordination techniques, agility, and resistance training using the TRX body-weight exercise straps along with the RIP trainer exercise resistance pole, and mixed martial arts training. Youll learn how to plan, shoot and edit video like the pros as we cover camera operation, storyboards, shot types, framing, and editing with Adobe Premiere.
