Danbee is my second home. Every year i wait for camp. Camp is where i can leave my annoying home friends to be with my sisters. I live with my 9 sisters in a bunk and have the best time of my life summer after summer. Danbee has been a great experience for me i can be who i wanna be with out being judged. Join us for a hilarious evening of summer camp presentations, live music, guided meditations and comedy performances. As always, we'll have an arts and crafts table open, and help yourself to free adult bug juice. CR Stewards (ages 9-13) - Connolly Ranch
This camp is designed for those who are ready to advance their learning and exploration of the natural world. Connolly Ranch Stewards will get a behind-the-scenes perspective of Connolly Ranch and its natural history. Participants will have the opportunity to work on conservation projects, build natural shelters, learn advanced farm chores, explore rarely used areas, hike in the hills and delve into techniques, tactics and concepts that this older group is ready to explore. But its not all work! Our naturalists and teachers will guide these budding environmentalists in games and exercises that offer lots of fun while imparting important lessons about protecting open spaces and wild places. This camp will culminate with a campout on Thursday night including night hike, star gazing and storytelling by the fire. 707-224-1894
Aquatics Camp - PreK-4 - Avenues New York
Over the course of 4 days, the PreK-Grade students will learn essential swimming skills through fun and games. Combining a games-led approach with excellence in coaching and instruction, each student will learn the core aquatic skills needed to be a competent swimmer. In addition to working on the four competitive strokes, swimmers will learn numerous other skills, which will give them the ability to participate in a range of aquatic sports including synchronized swimming and water polo. Swimmers will also practice water rescue drills and discuss water safety. Requirements: Must be in the PreK – Grade group. Swimmers will be grouped by age and ability.
