Shooting Basics is the first of 3 programs under the Shooting Fundamentals Series. Designed to help athletes develop or improve their shooting form. Shooting Basics will teach players correct footwork, body positioning and ball placement as they execute shots from various positions on the court. Step in shots, shots off the dribble and off the catch will be the concentration in this program. Players will also work on range shooting and free throw positioning and routine. Each player will build the muscle memory to consistently shoot with control and confidence. Once players complete this program they will be able to enroll in the second program under the Shooting Fundamentals Block - Shot Breakdown. Program consists of 6 - 1 hour sessions. Teen Winter Art Camp: Positive Posters - Louisville, KY
With the New Year upon what better way to start it out than with a positive poster to hang in your home or community! Children can create their own quote for their poster or we will provide a variety for them to choose from. We will provide a variety of creative materials as well as a few inspiration pieces. Although we do teach technique we allow and encourage the voice of each individual child to shine through. In other words, no two paintings or sculptures will ever leave our studio looking the same. We value and honor the voice and creative spirt of each individual child and encourage them to find their own creative path. **Please remember to pack a healthy lunch and snack!

Hands On Worlds End K & 1st Grade (AM Session) - Worlds End Reservation
Remember when you were growing up and played for hours outside with your friends? Things may have changed since then we are excited to offer a unique camp that adds these type of experiences to your childs summer in a safe and welcoming way. Each day pack a snack in your backpack, wear clothes that can get dirty and lets hit the trail in search of adventures! Activities can vary each day depending on the weather, childrens ages or the groups interests. Examples of some favorite activities from last summer include fishing for crabs from Ringbolt Rock, making found object sail boats or pitching the tent for a day time camp out on Planters Hill. This specific program is geared towards children that are entering Kindergarten or first grade next fall. 781.740.7233

Dance Express Camp - Jefferson County Community Center
This camp is a great way for dancers to have the opportunity to try many types of dance. Each class will begin with a warm-up stretch and flexibility workout. The, 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to ballet technique, which is the root of all dance styles. The students will explore new styles of dance. Monday and Wednesday will be dedicated to Lyrical, Tuesday and Thursday will be dedicated to Jazz and Hip Hop. Each day the students will finish class working on a small dance piece that they will perform for parents on the last day of camp. Junior Flyers offers younger campers an opportunity to experience Dayton basketball first hand. This one-day camp allows youngsters a preview of the Dayton Day Camp experience. Focusing on the fundamentals of basketball and having fun, this camp hopes to create a passion to play in young players. Staffed exclusively by the UD coaching staff and select players. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon each session.
