SummerART at Van Vleck, Ages 5-7 - Van Vleck Education Center
Screen Shot 2016-03-08 at 12.10.58 PM [] SummerART Camp at Van Vleck 9:30am to 1:45pm Session II: July 11 to July 22 Campers will create works of art inspired by the abundant plant and animal life found in the garden. From butterflies and beetles, to birds and buttercups, and more! Flora and fauna abounds in this secluded historic garden; there is so much to explore! Camp will be held outdoors when weather permits, as well as in Van Vlecks spacious and air conditioned Education Center. SummerARTs fantastic teaching artists will teach camp sessions, and projects will include a variety of fine art materials and methods such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and more. Students will have the opportunity to exhibit their work and celebrate what they have learned with family and friends at a closing reception held at the end of each session. MUNCHKIN TENNIS CAMP - Adams Park
Munchkin Tennis Camp is designed to introduce campers to the game of tennis. Well focus on basic strokes, developing hand-eye coordination and having fun. Supplies: Campers will need to bring a tennis racket and plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. Steven Hunter BOTH Camps - Town of Fountain Hills
Sign up for both camps and only pay $1000.00 instead of $1100.00. Kids will have fun learning the fundamentals of basketball as well as learn off the court life-skills. Activities include drills, full-court scrimmages, an All-Star game, skills challenge, three-point contest, free throw contest, and even a slam dunk contest! Each camper will receive a participation award, jersey, water bottle and lunch. The goal of the camp is to provide a fun and safe environment for your child to learn and enjoy. Girls Volleyball Evening Camp #1 - Hollinger Fieldhouse
WCU Volleyball Camps offer instruction at the beginner and advanced levels. Beginners will focus on knowledge of the game, competitive fun, and fundamental ball control. Advanced campers will cover the proper technique for basic skills, offensive playsets, defensive formations, strategy, teamwork and attitude, and setting personal and team goals. Campers will be placed on teams, depending on skill level, with specialized coaching on each level. Each camper should bring comfortable volleyball or cross train-ing sneakers, extra shirt and socks, and a container of water. WCU and its camp staff are not responsible for lost or missing items.
