NMSU Golf Course will once again be hosting Junior Golf Camps throughout the summer. Instructional Programming will be AGE and ABILITY specific. Junior Golfers of all abilities are encouraged to sign up for our camps. NMSU GC summer camps are a great way to introduce your child to the game and or help them elevate their game to the next level for those aspiring to play on a high school or college golf. Instruction will be lead by Jason White, PGA Head Golf Professional with the assistance of our Junior Golf Leader Tyler Aynes and NMSU PGA Golf Management Students. Maximum Student to Instructor ratio will be 7:1. The Camp will meet at the NMSU Driving Range if you need directions feel free to contact the NMSU ProShop 575-646-3219. We will meet Monday-Thursday from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Please have your child or children ready to go at 8:30 AM and be ready to pick them up at 10:30 AM. We will have water available for the kids to drink but it is recommended that your child brings a water bottle. We’re looking forward to another successful Bazaar this fall! If you missed out on our annual Fall/Christmas Bazaar last year, you certainly won’t want to miss this year! A fun filled day of shopping with local crafters and vendors to support Royal Family Kids Camp of Princeton, WV which is a camp for abused, neglected, and at risk children of Southern WV. Crafty Cruisers Grades 4-5 - Community Cycling Center Bike Shop
For the creative rider who derives their inspiration from the bicycle, this is the camp to let their imagination go wild. From small trinkets to a funky custom bike, the possibilities are endless. Campers comb over unserviceable bikes, salvage parts that inspire them, and breathe new life into them by fashioning their own bike-based crafts. Time tends to be split evenly between rides and crafts. Explore the Majesty of Costa Ricas Jungle Animals & Learn Spanish Campers explore the dynamic jungle of Costa Rica. The colorful and intriguing animals are extraordinary and will magically ‘transport campers to the ‘jungle where it is super fun to speak Spanish. During this week campers get to build a large scale ‘time travel machine out of recyclable materials. Parker Summers Full Day Camp, Session II - Francis W Parker
Campers engage in activities that revolve around weekly themes in this full-day program. Arts and crafts, sports and games are part of the fun. In addition to their regularly scheduled morning of Old Time Favorites, campers participate in Sports Shorts Clinics, Book Club, Story Theater, Wacky Wednesday Mystery Guests, Fun Friday Activities and Barbecues. Campers in first and second grade also experience off-campus excitement with our weekly field trips. Instructional swim time at a local pool and visits to the beach are included each week.
