March 25: Spring Break Science - Summit Schools
Join Summit Schools staff and our community partners for a day on of fun, interactive activities at Learning Extensions Camp, also known as In-Service Day Camp. -Theme: Spring Break Science. Well explore, create, experiment, discover, and engineer all in the name of science! -Experiment with soil science and composting methods as the C.R. Solid Waste Agency teaches us about landfill engineering. -With the Cedar Rapids Water Department, well test water quality, PH levels, and more as we learn about the science of water. -Summits own art teacher, Miss Carol, will have us discovering the science of art through messy and fun art experiments. -Alpaca Fiber Arts will teach us all about alpacas and llamas as we create felted take-home soap and/or coasters. Registration is open through Thursday morning, March 24. Sibling & referral discounts available! This exciting event is open to ALL STUDENTS K-5th Grades! Indoor Rock Climbing: Base Camp (66604A) - Cary Academy
Harness up and get ready for an adventure-fueled week of fitness and fun at Triangle Rock Club. Find your adventurous side and strengthen your abilities while conquering over 27,000 square feet of climbing terrain. We will reach new heights as we climb, boulder, work as a team, and even climb blindfolded! No previous climbing experience is required. Tinker & Make Camp with Carolyn Houston - Bolles Ponte Vedra Beach Campus
Tinker, create, design and make! In celebration of the maker movement, this Tinker & Make camp is devoted to exploration and creativity. For children entering grades 3-5, campers will experience what its like to design and create their very own products. From creating your own mouse trap to innovating with electrical circuits this camp will allow your child the time and space to imagine, plan, create and redesign their own products. 904-256-5071

Beginner/Intermediate Golf Camp - South Germantown Driving Range
This half-day camp is just the ticket for kids 6-14 years old who have expressed interest in and/or shown a talent for golf, but arent quite ready to play a full round. With the help of a Montgomery County Golf Academy instructor, campers will practice putting, chipping, driving and using irons and woods Monday-Thursday at the Driving Range. On Friday, theyll compete in a small tournament at a nearby golf course. Itll be a blast for juniors, and a great way to develop the skills needed to start playing golf with the family. Day Camp 1 - Denton A. Cooley Pavilion
Campers are taught all aspects of the game. A typical day at camp includes station work with emphasis on fundamentals such as shooting, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding, and ball handling. We also have a variety of contests, drills, league games, and a tournament at the end of each camp. Throughout our camps we put a special emphasis on our core values, Appreciation, Enthusiasm, Competitiveness, Teamship and Accountability. With appearances from our Texas Mens Basketball coaching staff and players, our campers get an inside look at what it is like to be a part of an elite division one basketball program. Sport camps and clinics conducted by The University of Texas are open to any and all entrants. Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp. Please note that NCAA guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (e.g., transportation, camp fees, spending money, etc.) by a representative of The University of Texas athletics interests. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (7th grade and above in mens basketball). Sorry, no camp scholarships available.
