Leave No Trace demonstration during dinner. Guitar music and sing along. Hobo dinners and smores provided by Chapter. Saturday, September 19: Creakfast cooked and provided by Chapter. Service project if applicable. AM ride. Lunch on your own. 2 pm Ponies on Parade. Decorate your horse with animal friendly paint, glitter, ribbons, feathers, etc. We will lead decorated ponies through campground. PM ride if desired. First aid demo. Dinner hot dogs, chips, pork n beans provided by Chapter. Scavenger hunt 7 pm. Campfire smores and music. Sunday, September 20: Breakfast provided by Chapter. Ride. Good byes. Join Smart with Art as we discover sea-life creatures and explore the ocean with clay! We will create a bookend influenced by Edward Hoppers art, including a relief lighthouse design. We will work with glass pieces and clay, as we create a slab box based on Hokusais The Great Wave painting. We will learn about creating coils in clay as we design a tile with a sea creature of our choice. Exploring pinch pots techniques, students will design a bigmouth fish creation. We will also dive into a multi-medium work of art that combines an acrylic painting and a clay under the sea work of art. Join us as we explore the sea and set sail in clay with Smart with Art. Lil Dribblers - Campers will learn the fundamentals of basketball in a safe and fun environment. No flexible drop off or pick up. Breakfast and lunch NOT provided. You may choose to pay your camp in full or make a $10 non-refundable deposit per week. Your credit card will automatically be charged one week prior to each session. Refund Information In order to receive a refund, a request must be called in to 645-7000 10 business days prior to camp session and followed up with an email or explanatory letter before the refund will be processed. Refunds requested between five and 10 business days prior to camp session will receive a 50 percent refund; and requests received less than five business days prior to camp session will not receive a refund. Refunds take 6-8 weeks to process. A $15 processing fee will be assessed for each refund request. Note: $10 deposit will not be refunded. Drama Advanced Placement 7:25 PM Monday - New Childrens Theatre of Cincinnati
Prepared to be challenged by the likes of Shakespeare, Mamet and other influential playwrights in our Advanced Drama Class. This class will delve into the techniques used by famous teachers such as Stanislavsky, Chekov and Boal, to truly hone their skills in bringing characters to life on the stage. Please contact Jay Goodlett to confirm that you have the required training to participate. The last class of the session will be a performance class. Parents/Guardians are invited to attend.
