Come out to Watauga's Capp Smith Park to enjoy a fun evening with the family, fishing and camping out under the stars! Poles and bait will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. Don't forget your tent and camping gear! Fishing Derby Age Divisions: 6 & Under, 7-11, 12-16. Prizes will be awarded. We will have a few food vendors on site to purchase dinner & treats. A Free Breakfast will be provided for the overnight campers the following morning at 7:30AM. You MUST pre register for the campout by Thursday, September 16 in order to receive the free breakfast. Space is limited for breakfast. Also, the River Church will be at the event giving away free clothing!! Make sure to stop by to visit them.

Youngsters and their families will enjoy stories, crafts, songs, and surprises at Toddler Boot Camp. This themed four-week story time is geared to children 1-5 years old to encourage them to transition from the baby stages to a big kid. Stories and songs such as "Bye Bye Binky," " No More Diapers," and "No More Monsters," will be shared to make transitioning for parent and child a fun experience.

2016 Hamptons Elite Summer Select Travel Team - Downs Family Park - Flying Point
The Hamptons Elite Summer Select Travel Program is a 6 week summer program for the serious travel soccer player, hosted by Southampton Soccer Club. Players will be training on Tuesdays and Thursday from 6pm - 7.30pm at Flying Point in Southampton for 6 weeks and play in two Summer showcase tournaments, dates and locations TBA. The program is open for ALL Players regardless of what club they belong too. This will not interfere with your "home club and double registration is permitted. The program will be directed by Jonathan Watkin and the players will be trained and coached by Mr. Watkin along with other professional soccer coaches from Colonial Sports Group. All Players will receive a travel game kit including socks, shorts and two game jerseys that must be worn to all training and games. Players will be placed on appropriate summer travel team based on ability. Located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, Camp Horseshoe is an ACA accredited residential camp. Campers are supervised at all times by trained staff. The 6 day camp provides many opportunities for your child. Living in cabins as a family unit, some of the activities available are: fishing, arts & crafts, library time, fossil hunting, creek adventure, sports, dance, games, singing, and swimming. The Junior Club Team meets every Sunday, July through September. Juniors will learn new skills during the practice sessions and play on course matches to help them develop tournament play skills. They will learn to play different match formats to gain experience. Want to play like the pros? As part of the club team, all juniors are participating in the Junior Cup Challenge. Each week there will be a different format played, with points being awarded based on position finished.
