Swim, Tennis and Soccer Camp - Community Services Department - City of Palo Alto
Please sign up early for our popular tennis, soccer & swim camps held at Palo Altos Rinconada Park and Pool. Participants start each day with a tennis lesson 10-11:30am from the staff of Tennis program. Following tennis, the participates will eat with swim staff to eat from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm in the Rinconada Park. Following lunch the participates will head out to the field to engage in soccer from 12:30-2:30 pm with the Skyhawks coaching staff. After Skyhawks Soccer, the participants will head over to the Rinconada Pool where they will enjoy swimming lessons, water games and be supervised by our lifeguards. Cost includes tennis lessons, soccer lessons, entrance to recreation swim, and supervision. Participants should bring a bag lunch, tennis racket, bathing suit, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and a towel each day. Ages 8-12. Pre and Post Care will be available before and after this camp. All Star Sports covers every aspect of the world?s most popular game. Kids build confidence and self-esteem as they are challenged with many short-term goals over a week. The trained staff will be able to enhance play, whether they are beginners or have played on travel teams. Each day consists of stretching and warm-ups, drills and skills, fun competitions, and a strategy session all leading up to a game. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Equipment needed for this camp: soccer ball and shin guards.
