Film Crew 102 - Independent Film Making Winter 2016 - Plymouth Community Arts Council
Class meets: January 17, 24, 31, February 7, 28, March 6, 13, 20 No class February 14 or February 21 Everyone has a story. In this course, students will learn how to express themselves through the visual medium of motion pictures. Students will create an individual, independent film based on a story from their own life. We will work together through the entire process, from writing the story basics, and sequencing, to exploring setting, props and costuming. Free film making apps will be utilized. Students should bring their own digital device to use for filming. A few will be available for use onsite and for editing sessions. Instructor, Jenn Teed will assist students in developing their ideas into a completed film. Film Festival and family reception from 2:30pm-3:30pm on the last day of class. 734-416-4278

MAKER STATION Come build with us this summer! Your child will be working with a variety of materials in a STEAM maker station. Students will create their own science or art projects. They will also deconstruct items and study reverse engineering to examine how things work. Our station includes beginning snap circuits, Brackitz bionic blocks, and an introduction to coding when we build mazes for our very own Bee-Bot robot.
