FOREST is a student-driven initiative designed for kids who are dedicated to deepening their nature skills. This camp is designed to work with girls on the basic fundamentals of basketball. Individual skill drills include: shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing, defense and offensive moves. SJC - Sports Girls Lacrosse - SJC Long Island
Female lacrosse players of all ability levels are welcome to attend this camp. Athletes will develop technical and tactical skills needed to be a successful player. Session will consist of agility, stick skills, offensive and defensive strategy and teamwork drills. Campers will participate in position specific drills as well as scrimmages and other competitions.
