2016 Dorman Youth Football Camp - Roebuck, SC
The Dorman summer football camp is a non-contact camp designed to teach the fundamentals of the game of football to rising 2nd - 8th graders. The entire Dorman varsity football coaching staff, as well as all of our middle school coaches, will be instructing players in every facet of the game, including many of the same drills done by the Varsity Cavaliers. • Camp begins Monday, June 6th at 8:00am. Registration will begin at 7:30 each morning. Camp runs 8:00am-12:00pm daily • Camp dates are June 6th through June 9th • PRE-REGISTERED CAMPERS RECEIVE A $10 DISCOUNT Pre-registration cost is $80.00 (Before May 20, 2016) After May 20, Registration is $90.00 (including on day of camp) Camp registration includes: instruction, t-shirt, daily food items including breakfast and lunch, camp photo, certificate, bag, etc. • Rising 6th, 7th & 8th graders will choose one offensive and one defensive position to work throughout the week. KidZone School's Out Camp - Vail, CO
Wondering how to keep your kids entertained and engaged during Thanksgiving Break? The Vail Rec Department has you covered! School's Out Camp is from 7:30 to 5:30 on November 21, 22, and 23. Participating kids (kindergarten through 5th grade) will enjoy a variety of activities including sports, gym games, playground play, arts & crafts and group games. Emergency Vet Tech I - Goleta Presbyterian Church
This camp is a campers ticket to the world of Veterinary Medicine. Lessons will give campers the opportunity to look into the real and exciting field of Veterinary Medicine. Campers will meet practitioners in the field, vets, pet groomers, dog trainers and be involved with several hands-on experiments! Each camper will receive their very own medical kit! Rutgers 2016 Design Intensive - Civic Square Building
Rutgers 2016 Design Intensive Website: This program seeks to develop the graphic design skills of motivated high school artists. Created and supervised by Mason Gross faculty, the curriculum focuses on core principles of design while introducing relevant software. Participants will become familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign while exploring visual problems and producing work suitable for a college admissions portfolio. The Design Intensive includes studio work, technical demonstrations, group critiques, and a field trip to New York City to visit working design studios. Primary emphasis is placed on building visual awareness, and on making software serve the designers vision. Nature Detectives - Maple Hill Farm
Requirement: Children must be four years old at the start of class, able to separate from his/her parent, and be completely toilet trained. Start the week off with a Five Senses Adventure Hike. Students will learn to sharpen their observation skills while hiking Beaver Brooks trails. Meet some of our resident wildlife and learn interesting facts. Make your own detective kit, keep a nature journal, play games and learn wonderful new nature songs. Hands-on activities, artistic exploration, investigative hikes, games and songs designed to introduce natures beautiful gifts to young explorers.
