The Sycamore Academy Problem Solving Series is designed to provide intensive training over common topics math competition problem writers like to use when writing problems. The topics are not only essential for any motivated math competition student, they are also important and essential for all math students. Summer sessions at the Tiny Scientist Day School are a time to let curiosity and a love of play guide our days. Children will explore water, make nutritious frozen summer treats, play with bubbles, plant seeds and watch them sprout and have plenty of outdoor play! Spring Break Olympic Peninsula Exploration - Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
Join Blue Compass Camps for an exploration of the Beautiful Olympic Peninsula this Spring Break. We will hike, explorer history, visit the beach and the mountains. This trip will be as varied as the Olympics itself. We will spent time exploring coastal towns, majestic beaches and stepping into the rain forest around the Hoh River. As is the case with all Blue Compass Camps outdoor adventures: 1.) Our Goals, beyond having ridiculous amounts of fun with newly made friends, are to help develop social and self confidence while providing an exciting, challenging and unforgettable adventure experience. 2.) Plug into a reality of your own design. Build a Google Cardboard virtual reality viewer from materials that will be provided at camp, then use an experimental Virtual Reality toolkit to design your own immersive, interactive worlds on supplied computers or on a mobile device. NOTE: THIS PROGRAM RUNS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FOR A HALF DAY. FRIDAYS ARE FIELD TRIP DAYS AND ARE THEREFORE FULL DAYS. UNLESS THE CAMP DIRECTOR GIVES YOU AN EARLIER ARRIVAL TIME, PLAN TO DROP OFF YOUR CHILD AT 9:00 AM ON FRIDAYS.
