DISCOVERY - SAFE SITTER (Session 3) - Notre Dame Academy
Participants in this course will learn the "basics" of child care. Topics will include engaging in age-appropriate activities, safety and security, handling emergency situations and how to manage those hard-earned dollars! Basic child care skills will include diapering, feeding and maintaining a safe environment. Students will learn how to properly administer CPR in a life-threatening emergency, such as choking. Outdoor Advenure/Hiking Camp July 5 - 8 - Mini Mountain
Enjoy a week of hiking and exploring the Cascades. We will teach you how or give your hiking skills a challenge. We will take day hikes in the foothills, mountains and along Puget Sound Hiking camps are for youth ages 8 to 16. The difficulties of the hiking routes will be chosen depending on the ability of the campers. All climbing equipment is provided.
