SummerART Camp Full Day Studio Art Program 9:30am to 5pm Studio Art with Painting Studio Elective Session I: June 27 to July 8 No camp on Monday, July 4 Studio Art Camp The American Life: Paleo to the Present This session will explore what life was like in the Americas throughout history, from when the dinosaurs roamed to modern times. Campers will go on a journey throughout a variety of American cultures and civilizations, learning about their daily lives, legends and stories, and art forms. Visits to MAMs newly installed Native American collection will be included to provide a closer look and inspiration. Travel from the prehistoric to the present in this whimsical tour throughout time. 4) Grinders - Bolles San Jose Campus
Our "Grinders" class is ideal for intermediate players between the ages of 8 and 18. Practices will take place on the full 78 foot court. Players will be coached on the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Players will develop athleticism through daily age-appropriate fitness activities, make friends and improve their game! The visual art program will give your child the opportunity to explore artistic expression through visual media. We encourage and welcome all ages and ability levels, providing an environment supporting each individual artist. Friday afternoons will feature an exhibition of each artists favorite masterpieces in a gallery open to fellow camp-goers, friends, and family.
